Scott Poole's Mom remains the BackBone of the American Ghost Project. MommaJo's willingness to brave the dark with her son is unwavering - once traversing an abandoned hotel second floor with merely a pen light to guide her path - she is the definition of "FEARLESS".

Karen Teeters brings a wealth of experience and leadership to The American Ghost Project as our Business Manager. With a Master of Arts degree and a strong background in business management and organizational leadership, Karen excels at keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

She plays a vital role in overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of the team, coordinating and leading meetings, and ensuring that every event and investigation runs seamlessly. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in the ongoing success of our annual “Sip N Spook” event, helping it grow into one of the most engaging and well-organized paranormal experiences in the region.

Karen’s professionalism, business acumen, and steady leadership make her an invaluable member of our team — the calm in the chaos that keeps The American Ghost Project on course.

Sam comes to us with a unique style and approach to the paranormal. She is a lover of all things "scary" and was an official finalist of the "Faces of Horror" contest.

She is the official hair stylist and makeup artist for the team. 

Haley joined us while we were exploring an abandoned all-black high school in Cairo, IL. She brings a motherly-instinct and incredible sense of humor and dedication to the team; her Pyschic abilities and courage to push herself past her limits are unrivaled. 

Lexi blasted onto the scene as a fan of AGP via TikTok and slowly earned a spot on the team. Her charm, wit and fiercely protective personality has crafted a unique package wrapped under 5ft (lol). It is true: BIG THINGS do come in small packages!! 

Scott's daughter and the youngest of his trusted "Core" group. She is currently studying Criminal Psychology at Southern Missouri Unversity in Joplin, MO. Scott and Chloe are known to coordinate daily on Discord regarding evidence captured and various editing techniques. She has also been known to investigate and her favorite device is the "Ovilus 5b" designed by Bill Chappell. 

Logan has been with the team off and on since the early days of the Sikeston City Jail investigations. Often accompanying Scott scouting future locations, Logan has been steadfast in his loyalty to the team and always volunteers to do whatever is needed, without question. 

He is officially the stunt driver for the team and if Hollywood ever needed a "Drift King" for a 9-ton ambulance, he's the one to call!  

Tanner arrived during an investigation at St. Mary's Hospital in Cairo, IL, and has proven himself a stead-fast leader in the field of paranormal studies. A member of the local Masonic Chapter, he is also an incredible source of historical knowledge for the lower Little Egpyt area of Southern Illinois. 

The daughter of the infamous Haley Starr, Angel comes to the team with increduble charm, dedication and wit. Even at her worst (Brushy Mtn), she remained focus and on-task. She has earned a spot on this team and as fiercely independent paranormal investigator and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.
